Lisa Forino Hermanovich

Lisa holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bucknell University and started her career as an Auditor with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LP. After obtaining her CPA, she decided to pursue her a career in real estate sales. Lisa has been practicing real estate for 21 years and spent most of her career with Coldwell Banker Preferred in Old City, Philadelphia.  Lisa represented clients on both the listing and buying side in thousands of transactions in Center City and on the Main Line.  She started with a specialty in relocation and then quickly became a part of the “condo boom” where she became an expert in Philadelphia condo sales.  Lisa joined Forino Co., L.P. as the Director of Sales in September 2015 when the company opened its’ In-House Sales Office.  In May of 2019, Lisa was promoted to Vice President of Forino Co., L.P. and oversees the sales operations for all of Forino’s Berks, Lancaster, Lehigh, and Schuylkill County communities in addition to client management for Commercial and Multifamily Construction projects.
