Nicole Donahue

While pursuing her degree in Communications at Susquehanna University, Nicole spent her summers learning the ropes in many facets of the family business. She took advantage of every learning opportunity and contributed to the company by assisting with clerical duties and hands-on tasks like cleaning houses. After graduating, Nicole moved seamlessly into her full-time role, highlighting her versatility and communication skills as a multi-department assistant. Over time, she put special emphasis on customer service and safety. Nicole was even a founding member of Forino’s Safety Committee where she helped to ensure all jobsites were safe and followed OSHA guidelines. After taking time to raise her three children, Nicole made an exciting return to Forino, this time as the Sales & Design Consultant. Nicole is often the first to meet a new customer and will deliver unparalleled customer service as she assists them through lot selection, floor plan design, site meeting, and color selection. She is the customers’ liaison during the entire construction process and assists the Sales Team with the transactional tasks needed for a successful new home settlement.
