Forino Co., L.P. Expands its Territory in the Southeast with the Opening of its Third Office

Entering its 50th year in business, Forino Co., L.P. is venturing into its third state with the grand opening of its Brunswick, Georgia office.

Brunswick, GA – Forino Co., L.P., a premiere residential and commercial construction company throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and South Carolina, is pleased to announce the opening of its third office and expansion into the Georgia market. This poignant milestone highlights the company’s expansion efforts as it embarks on its 50th year in business.

“With a strong history of success and growth in Pennsylvania and South Carolina, where we have been building communities for nearly five decades, Forino is now poised for growth along the I-95 corridor,” said Vice President, Lisa Hermanovich. “Our new office in Brunswick, GA aligns with Forino’s long-standing commitment to meeting the growing demand for housing, driven by the construction of the new Hyundai plant and the influx of thousands of new jobs in the region,” she continued.
This expansion into Glynn County, GA follows the opening of Forino’s state-of-the-art office building in Hardeeville, South Carolina just one year ago. The building is one of five complexes located within Forino Centre along Argent Boulevard. “Forino Centre is a part of our ongoing initiative to invest in modern facilities that reflect the company’s growth and forward-thinking approach to business,” said Nathan Pletscher, Director of Business Development.

In addition to the opening of its Brunswick office, Forino has multiple commitments that include several key projects for 2025 in the area, along with additional projects in Bulloch County. “Opening the new office in Georgia is a key part of our strategy to increase our presence in the Savannah and Golden Isle markets and providing localized support as a high quality residential and commercial builder as well as a land developer,” said President, John G. Smith. This strategy also includes bringing on a new Director of Land Acquisition for our Southeast Division as Forino seeks to continually expand its construction services in the commercial sector as the residential boom continues to take hold in South Carolina and Georgia.
