PLANS.

House plans may be limited, in part or in whole, as to the lots they can accommodate and phases on which they are available within a specific community. Plans are subject to change without notice.

REFUND POLICY.

Prior to closing, your ability to receive a refund of your earnest money deposit or any option deposit will be governed by the terms of your Agreement of Sale (AOS). Typically, your AOS will provide that deposits are refundable only if a contingency specifically listed in your AOS is not met or in the event of a seller default. After settlement of your home, there are no refunds. If you have a repair or warranty question about your home, please contact your Customer Service Agent within your region.

SCHOOLS.

No representations or warranties are made regarding school districts or school assignments; all potential homeowners are encouraged to contact the local districts regarding current and future schools as well as discuss school boundaries.

VIEWS.
