Shawn Sweigart

Shawn is a 1991 graduate of Eastern Lebanon County High School and Lebanon County Career and Technology Center and holds a degree in Carpentry. After high school, Shawn worked for Schaeffer and Sons in Hershey, PA along with Glen Weaver Framing and Blue Lake Builders gaining knowledge in carpentry and residential remodeling work.

Shawn came to Forino in 1995 as a framing foreman and was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 1997. In 2000, Shawn transitioned to Site Supervisor of residential construction and oversaw all aspects including takeoffs, estimates, scheduling, and maintaining working relationships with subcontractors. Later, in 2012, the Forino Company ventured into the multi-family segment, with Shawn as the Project Manager of Multi-family and Commercial Construction. Most recently, as Senior Project Manager, Shawn oversees pricing and estimating for site improvements and residential and multi-family construction.

Along with his wife and two children, Shawn resides in Newmanstown and enjoys hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling.
