Tony Forino

Tony Forino established the Forino Co., L.P. in 1975 and is currently the Firm’s CEO. Tony began his construction career after high school in his family’s construction company. In 1971, he entered into a partnership with his father and brother-in-law to create a general contracting company. After five years, they purchased their first residential lots and began selling single-family homes. By 1983, both of his previous partners left the company, and it was left to Tony to continue the company. For the next 23 years, he worked diligently, and the company became the homebuilder in Berks County for single-family residential homes. In 2006, Tony could sense a turn in the market and started an in-house engineering firm, which began doing more residential remodeling projects while becoming certified with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. In 2011, Tony opened the company to another business unit, building multifamily housing and apartment complexes. Tony is extremely active in the day-to-day operations of the company and enjoys working in the field with his employees.
